Authors may register their paper and its associated abstract by the 18th May 2009. Extension is given to submit their full paper on or before 25th May 2009 (12.00 EDT/24.00 Malaysian Time). It is a hard deadline and no extension is given.(24.00 Malaysian time is equal to GMT +8 hours) check world clock against Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Final Registration and Payment
